Scott Davis, President/CEO and Co-Founder

Since 1986 Scott has had extensive experience in management, marketing, admissions, and in providing direct care in structured in-patient behavioural health care environments. He has personally recruited, supervised, and managed professional staff in residential care, in acute care, and in outpatient settings. Scott specializes in starting up residential treatment centers and has personally developed owned, managed and operated four successful treatment facilities. His expertise in program development was in negotiating contracts with managed care organizations, state and federal agencies, insurance companies, and consulting groups. Scott has helped The Core V.I.P. develop the most tried and true programs available today through his 20 years of experience.

Scott recently sold his interest in the CERTS Schools and Programs to pursue an interest and passion for helping the Veterans of war who are struggling with relationships and integration back into their families and society by joining the The Core V.I.P.

Tyson Olson, VP/COO and Co-Founder

Tyson has an extensive and successful background in business and marketing development for his personal business and for other companies. This experience opened his eyes to the thousands of ways to market businesses online as well as in a call center setting. His extensive marketing background will provide vital online marketing and sales expertise essential to increasing sales and revenue for The Core V.I.P. (Veteran Integration Program).

The opportunity to serve his country, soldiers and their families has always been a lifelong dream and commitment. Working with The Core V.I.P., has allowed him to fulfill his commitment and continue his mother’s legacy of service.

Dr. Sid Young, Director of VIP Services

W. Sidney Young, Ph.D., is a Professional Psychologist and former US Army (Active Duty/Army Reserve) and Army National Guard (ARNG) Chaplain/Lieutenant Colonel (LTC). The Core Veteran Integration Program is excited to have former Chaplain (LTC)/”Dr. Sid” and his extensive teaching, psychological and military experience on our professional staff.

Dr. Sid has served his country and fellow Soldiers and Families since 1986 as a US Army Chaplain with the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne), UTARNG; 1/142 Aviation Squadron, NYARNG; 328th MD Hospital CSH, 96th ARCOM; 1/221 Cavalry Squadron, NVARNG; 64th Replacement Company, Rhein Main Air Base, Germany; and, 1st Personnel Command, Schwetzingen, Germany. He has assisted Soldiers and Families with reintegration through Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. While serving at Rhein Main Air Base in Frankfurt, Germany from November 2003 thru September 2005 he greeted, briefed and counseled with over 600,000 soldiers, airmen, Marines and sailors who were either deploying, redeploying, returning home for R&R or returning to the field from R&R. He became fondly known as “The Chaplain” to military personnel traveling through Rhein Main Air Base back to their Areas of Operation or their Home of Residence.

As a civilian, Dr. Sid has maintained a professional psychology practice. He has taught at Brigham Young University, Cornel University and Southern Utah University Institute of Religion. He is the founder of Premier Psychological Counseling Center, PC. He has extensive experience with identifying and treating PTSD, psychological trauma and family issues. He continues enhancing the lives of individuals and groups by presenting national and international exhilarating seminars and workshops. Through his enthusiasm and love for God, Country and the American Veteran, Dr. Sid anxiously anticipates assisting veterans and their families on their quest to strengthen individual well-being and healthy family relationships through The Core Veteran Integration Program.

Brandon Bateman, Activity Coordinator and Co-Founder

Brandon has an extensive and successful background in business development in the construction industry. Over his career, Brandon managed many employees and once had over 30 employees. His experience, success and ability to manage business operations and employees will lend great credibility to the building, managing and developing of The Core V.I.P. His expertise in selling and generating business will help The Core V.I.P. raise funds and in-kind donations for the program.

Donald Dunn, Sales Manager

Don has an extensive and successful background in outside sales and customer relations. Don has recently accepted a position as a Medical Device Sales Representative for Merit Medical. Don has received multiple performance awards at Merit, including Sales Rep of his region, and has received Merit's top honor, President Club winner, each year with Merit Medical.  Don has teamed up with The Core VIP (non-profit) to help individuals and businesses give back to our service men and women. The CORE VIP has created an exceptional opportunity for individuals and businesses to give back and support our service men and women, and Don will help facilitate those opportunities.

Brent Judd, Clinical Director

Brent received his Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Utah and has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 1984. He has vast experience as a cognitive behavioral therapist and specializes in depressive and anxiety disorders. Brent also has extensive training in family and group therapy. He has wide experience with chemical addiction issues and has worked with hundreds of victims of domestic violence and is very well trained to work with Post traumatic Stress Disorders. Brent has been a preferred provider for many different insurance companies since 1984. He has been a certified Employee Assistance Counselor for IHC directions, APS Healthcare, Reliant Behavioral Health and Cascade Center. Cascade EAP provides services to many Federal Employees in the western United States.
